<description>You've got to be joking. You may disagree with her politics, but Michelle Obama more qualified?

Does 'qualification' in your book mean that they agree with your viewpoint? Governing experience and track record have nothing to do with it?

		<description>Hi Arthur,
We are looooong lost cousins !!!
The man you refer to is my grandfather; Carl Alfred Nahmmacher - he died whilst test flying a Vought-Corsair at a show there in Shanghai. A wing support broke, he apparently urged the co-pilot to parachute out, but was then trapped by the wing.I still have parts of the plane, and his scarf ! ! Also photos of the man and my grandmother, with various Chinese Ministers - he had the contract to sell these planes to the government, and when he first went out there, from NYC, got a job, from the garage he first set up, to chauffeur around the Nationalist leader Chiang Kai Chek !
Quite a guy, as the photos, and signed notes on his scarf suggest. My father was born out there, and was 4 when he died. he and his mother returned not too long after - just before Japanese invasion - back to NYC. My father, of the same name died sadly about 9 years ago in east Africa. A travelling family !
All the best,
Hans
Ps believe their house was on the Hung Jao road - near the, then, airport. VERY interested in this info YOU have about all this - stay in touch!

<description>Bush did the same thing during Katrina, refusing foreign aid/aid workers.

And frog is a traditional staple of Burmese cuisine:

WTF, when the French eat frog it's culture, but when Burmese do it it's crime against humanity?

		<description>Dan,

Fort Wayne is home to the largest Burmese refugee population in the United States, an estimated 4,000. A little outdated but see www.burmafortwayne.com. A photographer from my paper spent six weeks there with a local group that goes over every couple years.

		<description>Hi Guys,

(Chinese: 吉祥航空; pinyin: Jíxiáng Hángkōng)

I've just learnt of JuneYao Airlines myself. I'm told it means "good luck". I was also a bit shocked when I saw the unfamiliar "HO" code when my flight ticket was delivered to me for flight HO1120 from Chengdu to Pudong (Shanghai).

After Googling "HO", I read that another airline also has the same code. Antinea Airlines was a passenger and cargo airline based in Algiers Houari Boumedienne Airport, Algeria and was founded in June 1991.

Anyhow, my Chinese assistant has confirmed with the travel agent which we've used before, and the airline that we have booked this time is in fact ... HO1120 - JuneYao , a privately owned Shanghai-based that made its maiden flight in September 2006.

Link below for pictures of JuneYao planes ...
&lt;a href="http://www.airliners.net/search/photo.search?airlinesearch=Juneyao%20Airlines&amp;distinct_entry=true" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://www.airliners.net/search/photo.search?airlinesearch=Juneyao%20Airlines&amp;distinct_entry=true&lt;/a&gt;

Cheers
Warren
